This week, Toronto celebrates one of Canada’s most popular dishes, poutine. La Poutine Week runs today through February 7th with each participating restaurant serving a special poutine dish for $10 or less. We are all invited to sample those dishes and vote for our favorites. A winner will be announced at the end of the week.
Some of the participating restaurants are close by, so go out, eat and vote for the dish you love the best!
Rock Lobster Ossington has their Lobster Poutine for $10. The dish includes Hand Cut Yukon Fries, Quebec Cheese Curds, Nova Scotia Lobster and Lobster Bisque Gravy.
The Lakeview Restaurant is serving Disco Fries for $10 with Melted Cheddar and Havarti over Fresh Cut Fries with Beef or Mushroom Gravy.
The Saint Tavern offers Saint Poutine with Hand Cut Fries, Cheddar Cheese Cures, Grilled Thick Cut Bacon, Sour Cream and Bacon Gravy for $10.
