Steambox Dumplings 1255 Dundas West
Steambox Dumplings is run by a small team who make all the dumplings by hand. The goal is to make the snacks healthier than the machine-made variety. In addition to the traditional meat filled pastries, Steambox makes the “widest selection of vegan and gluten free dumplings in the city”.
The 1255 Dundas West storefront will be the Steambox team’s first independent outpost. Steambox has made a name spending years at pop-ups and festivals and offering frozen dumplings at retailers around the city, including a permanent space inside Death in Venice. Steambox Dumplings is going to settle in to its own space on Dundas West.
The dumplings come to Dundas highly regarded. Reviews by critics and customers are very positive. The photos look delicious. We look forward to the opening and will keep you updated as we learn more about the expected opening date.
