On June 22nd Boehmer Restaurant is playing host to a dinner to support rebuilding the villages of Nepal. As that country was recently hit with devastating earthquakes, a group of some of the best chefs in Ontario have come together for a night of fundraising and dining. Organized by Paul Boehmer and Michael Statlander (of Eigensinn Farm), the group of chefs they’ve assembled is truly all-star. It includes such culinary luminaries as Keith Froggett, Jamie Kennedy, Claudio Aprile, Mark McEwan, Anthony Rose and more.
The 12 course menu features a different dish by each of the 12 chefs. The price is $250 and covers all the food and drink for the evening and 100% of the proceeds will be going to Nepal Village rebuilding.
It’s sure to be a delicious meal, with the added benefit of helping a country rocked by natural disaster back on its feet.
