Over the past couple of months, we have noticed the transition of 121 Ossington as it is converted into a kitchen and retail location for More than Pasta. I have been in touch with one of the management staff from Hollywood Foods, and from her emails, I can sense their eagerness to open and share their product with the neighborhood.
While they had hoped to be open by now, there are always things that come up and cause delays, so it looks more like they’ll be open in early January 2011. They have brought in the executive chef who helped develop their signature pasta, and he will be the “head” pasta maker on Ossington, and also develop a take-home/prepared food menu.
The biggest news is that they are hiring, and are looking for staff from the neighborhood. Here is all the information:
