This Sunday, Foodies on Foot are putting on a new event at 99 Sudbury. Called “Foodival,” this is “Toronto’s first carnival themed food festival,” and includes tasty treats from local vendors. The event is a fundraiser in support of Real Food for Real Kids.
The event will feature games and prizes, and “carnival and childhood foods reinvented” by the likes of Le Dolci, Cool City Oyster Yard, Smoke’s Poutinerie and many more, over 20 vendors in total.
You can enjoy Foodival on Sunday, September 29 for either of two distinct sessions: The first, from 11AM – 3PM, is all ages and geared to families and children, and the second, from 6-10PM, is 19+, so there must be a bar. Tickets for either session are available online for $12.50 adults and $7.50 children.
We’re giving away a pair of tickets today on Twitter: tweet usĀ @ossingtonvil with the hashtag #foodival today for your chance to win. We’ll choose the winner on twitter before 4PM.
