Smoke Signals BBQ is now closed. The Dundas West barbecue spot served its last dinner last night, Saturday, September 29th.

About Smoke Signals BBQ

Smoke Signals BBQ opened its doors at 1242 Dundas West two years ago. And since then, the team behind the restaurant has been serving brisket, chicken, ribs and scrumptious sides like collards and frito pie for lunch and dinner.

Smoke Signals filled a void in our neighborhood, which previously had no barbecue food. It was also very well reviewed by the public, ranking at least 4 stars or above across the board.

We only found out about the closing too late, reading the restaurant’s Instagram account. They announced yesterday that last night was their last service and to come out for ribs for one last dinner.

There is good news! Smoke Signals makes clear on their instagram post that though the restaurant is closed, it’s not the end for the brand. They are still offering catering services, and are working on the plan for what’s next. Whatever it is, we hope it’s close to us!
