We now know the new 109 Oz retailers. Signs posted on the windows of the 109 Ossington main floor spaces announce Pilot Coffee’s Crafted and The Latest Scoop are opening soon. We already know a sushi place is coming soon, so add to that this coffee shop and women’s fashion retailer.
The Location: 109 Oz retail spaces
109 – 119 Ossington, whatever the address, the retail spaces are brand new at the ground floor level of the 109 Oz condo building. The building is located on the east side of the street, just south of Argyle. These new shops and restaurants will benefit from the busy foot traffic on Ossington, and bring locals and visitors more to eat and browse.
Pilot Coffee’s Crafted
Fans of Crafted Coffee will be happy to hear that the shop is moving to a new and bigger location only a block south. The Pilot Coffee owned boutique is currently cramped and busy at 135 Ossington, so it will expand into this bigger space just a block south. Crafted has been a positive presence on Ossington for 8 years. This is good news that the java joint is growing with the strip. The sign posted outside the new building says the café is moving this fall.
The Latest Scoop
Another Vancouver retailer is making Ossington its Toronto home. The Latest Scoop sells fashion, home décor, accessories and more. Like many other Vancouver businesses, the Ossington spot will be The Latest Scoop’s first Toronto location. Expect The Latest Scoop to open on Ossington sometime this summer.
