Ossington Business TA2 Brings Christmas Cheer with Described Video

TA2 Sound and Music

Local Ossington business TA2 hopes to bring Christmas Cheer to some Canadian children this year. TA2, the sound and recording studio, partnered up with UNION Creative to add Described Video (DV) to the Christmas classic Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer. Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer

Many TV programs are offered with described video for the blind, but this stop-motion Christmas special was overlooked until the two Toronto businesses volunteered to do the work in time for Christmas 2017. Usually described video is voiced by adult actors, but for this kids’ special, the team hired 12 year old Kasey Nugent. The voicing was done at TA2’s studio on Ossington Avenue.

Visually impaired kids, and everyone else in Canada, can watch the special with DV tomorrow, December 20th on YTV and December 22nd on Treehouse. Check your local listings. Congrats to the team at TA2!
