This weekend is the one year anniversary of the OssingtonVillage blackout anniversary party. It’s been 7 years since the blackout that covered most of the northeastern U.S. and southern Ontario, and that’s a reason to celebrate. It seems this year is going to be a different type of celebration, with a ride starting at 8:30pm at Bloor and Spadina.
The end of the ride is still shrouded in mystery, but Michael J, in his leaflet is suggesting to bring your dancing shoes. So we’ll keep an eye and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter as we update happenings from the night. And if we hear anything further tonight, we’ll let you know.
Interesting blog and some very good comments

So who do you support for Ward 19?
George is running for councilor. Down to earth guy who has lived in the neighbourhood all his life…really knows the ward and you can always find him out and about. Worth VOTING for him!!!!
Tell him to get in touch so we can do a little profile on him too.
