Imperial Tattoo, an Ossington fixture since 2008, and the “only tattoo shop in a sea of bars…” is moving from 9 Ossington to 1271 Dundas at Dovercourt. The good news is twofold: they are staying in the neighborhood, and, while yesterday was their last day in the old space, they’ll be open in the new space on Tuesday, December 1.
1271 Dundas St West is on the southwest corner of Dundas at Dovercourt, next to Loop Gallery. It looks like Imperial Tattoo is taking over the 2nd floor. No word on what’s taking over the main floor of the building, which hasn’t been occupied since Medicine Shoppe moved a few blocks east in 2013.
Also no word on what’s going to fill the space on Ossington – maybe Interaccess will expand upstairs.
