Hedwig and The Angry Inch at LOT

There arehedwig only a few weeks left to catch The Lower Ossington Theatre’s production of Hedwig and The Angry Inch before it closes.

Do you like talented rock bands? Great singing? Drinking in a club while being entertained by a very interesting transsexual with lots of stories and rock songs?

LOT’s production of the rock musical Hedwig takes place in an intimate cabaret-like setting with table seating and great views of the stage. If you sit up close, you may even get some personal attention from the star.

The Lower Ossington Theatre is staging this production just as it is being remounted on Broadway: Neil Patrick Harris won a Tony this year for the role and Michael C. Hall will soon take over as Hedwig. Toronto actor Ephraim Ellis plays Hedwig at the LOT, and he puts on a great show. He sings beautifully, looks fantastic, and his portrayal of the interesting and damaged German transgender singer will make your night!

You have 5 more chances to catch this revival – today and tomorrow, and next Thursday – Saturday, September 25th – 27th.
