Dundas West Polish restaurant The Saucy Pierogi is closing after this weekend. The “pierogarnia” opened less than 2 years ago at 1282 Dundas Street West, which is a large restaurant space for this neighborhood. Before opening the restaurant, The Saucy Pierogi was a pop-up at festivals around Toronto. The restaurant made the announcement on social media yesterday:

This year Dundas West Fest, a sprawling street festival that runs along Dundas all the way from Ossington over to Lansdowne, returns again on June 7th.
