Tonight, April 7th, is CAMH’s annual awareness campaign and fundraiser for mental health. Any individual or group is welcome to participate in anyway they can to raise awareness and end the stigma of mental illness. A number of local businesses signed up and will support the CAMH One Brave Night initiative tonight! Here’s some information on some of these initiatives so you can join in and add your support on Ossington for One Brave Night.
Academy of Lions
Ossington gym and community centre Academy of Lions offers you the opportunity to get fit and do good with them. From 7:30-10:30pm, join their MetCon & Mobility class, followed by an afterparty with a live DJ and refreshments. Head over to 64 Ossington to join their team, or, if you can’t make it, donate to their group at the CAMH site.
Crywolf Clothing
Visit the Crywolf Clothing Shop at 91 Ossington. They are staying open late for this initiative, so stop in between 6-9pm tonight. 20% of purchases made between 6-9pm will be donated to CAMH One Brave Night for Mental Health.
