Be Heard

Hey! Did you know there’s plans for a condo at 109 Ossington?  It’s been all over the streets, with signs in many businesses requesting that you TALK ABOUT OSSINGTON and other messages. You may have also gone to or heard about the meeting last Monday. Maybe you agree, maybe you don’t. We at Ossington Village don’t care either way. What we care about is you do have an opinion and you share it. Everybody should make their voice heard, if you want the condo development or you hate the idea of it.

Sometimes it seems like only the really passionate people are those who get heard. If you have an opinion, share it. You don’t have to be someone who eats, sleeps and breathes the issue for your opinion to count. In fact, most people are like you: busy, preoccupied, and not inclined to tell the government what you think. We get it. At the same time, all it takes is a quick email to say,”About 109 Ossington – this is what I think… Thanks, signyourname” We are not by any means telling you what to say, just recommending you say it. You read the news and realize we are fortunate to have the right to vote, and it reminds you we don’t appreciate or avail ourselves of our right.
