]]> By: Richard https://ossingtonvillage.com/2011/12/yours-truly-now-open/#comment-1102 Sat, 17 Dec 2011 15:24:00 +0000 https://ossingtonvillage.com/?p=3684#comment-1102 The girlfriend and I visited this place last night, as she knew Chef Jeff and a few of the other staff from a previous location.  We were blown away by the meal.  It’s obvious that the emphasis in this place is all about good food and good company.  The server was pleasant and helpful.  One cool thing was the that the cooks themselves ran the dishes and were able to explain themselves their creations.  My personal favorites of the evening were the trout dish and the salt cod from the Snack Menu.  The celery soup is also were mentioning as being delightful. 

All in all, an excellent dining experience.  I think the idea of a kinetic menu is an excellent one, and I can’t wait to see what else these wonderful chefs have in store.
