This certification is to verify the restaurant is keeping up to the standards of pizza in the tradition of Naples. According to their website ” The Verace Pizza Napoletana Associationis an international trade association, founded in 1984 in Naples, Italy by Antonio Pace. Its purpose is to promote the culinary tradition of the Neapolitan pizza.”
