Support Local Restaurants – Attend J.P Challet’s Hearing – Sept 30th

I wrote back in July about Joe Pantalone stopping the new restaurant of J. P. Challet on Harbord St.. Toronto Life is reporting that the hearing for the restaurant is being held at the AGCO on September 30th at 5:30pm at 90 Sheppard Avenue East, 3rd floor.

I would encourage residents of the neighbourhood, as well as the other local business owners, to go and support this local chef create a new business in Toronto. After Joe Pantalone stopped restaurant growth on Ossington, and continue to thwart restaurant growth in his neighbourhood, we need people to go and show support.

It is important for the growth of entrepreneurship in Toronto, as well as developing a culture of cuisine in Toronto.

Unfortunately I will be out of town for the event, but will be writing a letter, which I will post here, supporting the opening of the restaurant.
